Questions

How long will it take to receive my keyboard?

For most of our keyboards (except for basic models), each unit is carefully modified and fine-tuned by our specialists based on your selected preferences. This process usually takes 5–7 business days, followed by 5-7 business days of delivery. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

In stock orders typically ship within 24 hours, but please allow up to 72 business hours for dispatch from our warehouse. Shipping times may increase during holiday periods and busy weeks due to Group Buy fulfillments. If any delays are anticipated, we will inform you accordingly. 

Can I return or exchange my keyboard?

Since most keyboards are custom-built, we only accept returns or exchanges for quality-related issues. Every keyboard is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure top quality.

What do the sound options mean? How do I know which sound suits me?

Each sound option represents a different keyboard sound type—from deep and thocky, to soft and silent, to crisp and clicky. Simply choose the sound that feels right for you, and our specialists will build and fine-tune your keyboard to match that acoustic profile. You don’t need to know switches or mods—we take care of the details so you get the exact sound and feel you want.

Do I need to choose switches, keycaps, or other components myself?

You can choose to purchase keyboard kits and customize them by selecting your own switches, keycaps, and other components. However, if you prefer a fully assembled keyboard, you don’t need to worry about the technical parts—just pick your preferred layout, design, and sound profile, and we’ll handle the rest.
