🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We understand that getting into custom mechanical keyboards can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re new to the hobby. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window on eligible products.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

  • A 3% restocking fee applies.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • A $6 flat-rate return shipping fee applies to U.S. orders.

Return exclusions:

  • Returns are not accepted for lubricants, pre-order items, marketplace products, or any product marked as final sale.

  • Issues with marketplace products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for return.

To request a return, please email us at support@deepkeeys.com. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛠 Replacements

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Take clear photos of the issue and the full contents of the package.

  2. Contact us at support@deepkeeys.com within 15 days of delivery.

  3. Requests without proper photo evidence will not be processed.
